The hotel facilities were exceeding any expectations, we even didn’t manage to use all of them during our 3-day stay. The service is excellent, deserving 6 stars ⭐️ out of 5. The hotel is perfectly located in 3 min walking from Kamari beach while being distant enough from the main promenade.

I didn't need to go anywhere to rent the scooter or book the tour. The manager of the Villa had done everything for me. Amazing stay. I will come back again.

We visited Elessa Hotel for our honeymoon and it was the perfect hotel to completely switch off from our busy lives and really enjoy our time away. The village of Pygros is much quieter than the busy towns of Fira and Oia which were still easily accessible via taxi or bus for visiting. We loved the hotels pool area with some impressive views and a relaxed feel. The staff at the hotel are very attentive and all very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The sunrise view from the hotel is amazing, to see the sunset you can take short walk up to the castle of Pygros and many of the local restaurant /bars have views towards the caldera and Fira. The private pool/hot tub on the balcony is an extra bonus. The breakfast menu is varied with all bases covered depending on your preferences , everything is made fresh and cooked to your order. We had an excellent stay at Elessa Hotel

Hotel 28 leži na mirni, prijetni lokaciji v Kamariju, blizu plaže. Je zelo čist in prijeten, z izjemno prijaznim in komunikativnim osebjem, ki je vedno pripravljeno pomagati. Zajtrk, ki je bil vštet v ceno, je raznolik in zdrav. Pred hotelom je parkirišče za goste. Če se kdaj vrnem na Santorini, bo Hotel 28 moja prva izbira. Izjemno!

I couldn’t rave any more about the girls that run this hotel!! They were the most friendly accommodating hosts I have ever met !! Anything you need or ask they immediately were on it to assist me☺️ the breakfast every morning was fabulous! The coffee machine made the best drinks I have ever had! The pool and facilities were the very best and always spotless.

Has the perfect view, close to the port, and close to Fira. Adrianna was helpful in all of our requests from car rental, to excursions, to getting us back to the port on time for departure. The staff cleaning was very courteous, the staff in the restaurant was great, and we were very impressed by the boy working in the restaurant, he was so polite, responsible, and responsive to our requests.

Hotel location is incredible! Just 800m to the bus stop, it is centrally connected to the port and all major towns on the island. The hotel itself is clean, quiet, and has a great view of the sunrise. Dionysus at reception gave us excellent food and transit suggestions, and helped us book a taxi to the airport. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel was loooooovely and Haris the lady on reception couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. She told us everything we needed to know about the island and the easiest ways to get around etc. We were upgraded to a suite with a private pool and it was SO GOOD. I was concerned to begin with as there aren’t many sunbeds around the main pool for the amount of people in the hotel but when we had our own it was perfect!! There was also another very helpful lady who told us it would be 60€ to the port but when she rung she managed to get it down to 40€ which was another nice touch (rather than just telling us that’s what the price was). We loved it so much we enquired about staying another night but with already having another hotel in Ios booked and paid for, it just wasn’t worth the extra cost :( some of my friends have already booked to stay at the end of August on my recommendation!

The entire stay was exceptional! The GM Manos was unlike any other hotel manager we have met. Attentive to detail, genuine, and thoughtful…he made our stay super memorable. His team has also been trained well and they were friendly and very attentive. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The sunset from Vezene (the restaurant in the hotel) is the best on the entire island and the food there is also exceptional! The pool, spa, breakfast, employees, rooms… all were outstanding! The beach property is beautiful with delectable cushions and service for your every need, but with the lovely saltwater pool, I scarcely wanted to leave the pool to go to the beach side of the property! Our plunge pool was perfect for an evening dip after a long day, and the staff took excellent care of us from the time we stepped out of our car. Going above and beyond they were friendly and kind and very responsive. 15/10 !

We loved the customer service, they were extremely attentive with us, they did everything as possible to make us feel the best we can and to have an amazing experience in Santorini and the Hotel in general. The suite that we had was one of the caves suites that has a pool outside and inside, but this suite has the best pool outside view that you would ever have in the whole Island, amazing place for pictures and specially the sunset. Now, the restaurant have delicious dishes and drinks, one of the best restaurants of the Island 100%. Now, we had a flight at night and our check out was early, but as they really wanted to make us feel great they gave us another suite until we leave the Island (also there was availability so we were lucky on this one). One last thing, we forgot our passports at the safe of the room, we called them and they came with our passports and personal belongings that we left at the safe right away to the Airport, as we said they were extremely helpful and great with us. It was a dreamt experience and we thanks all the staff of the Hotel. We will come back again soon!
